Thank you for the opportunity to participate in yesterday's promotion.

The experience of being at Honbu for the first time was incredibly humbling for me. To an outsider, it would appear to be hundreds of people at multiple levels engaging in what I had only considered a "sport" till I started training with you.

What I appreciate now, is that Seido Karate is much more than a sport and is in fact a guide to a more fulfilling way of life.

I feel privileged to be part of your group and look forward to my continued learning.
