My oh my!! How the West Side Seido Karate-Do has evolved. Visiting this lounge for the first time. George & Gabe! A loud osu and low bow from me in respect & admiration for what you've accomplished. I am proud to be a small part of such an important & meaningful group of individuals. I look back to our history and smile. I look at the present and am in awe. I look to the future and take a deep breath and step forward. I am in great company.
