Thanks for the Women's Seminar on Saturday. One of the big concerns of women is how to defend themselves against a possible mugger or rapist if they go out alone. Your technique of multiple yells and strikes would be effective in an emergency. Also, showing us how to use our kicks and the power of our leg muscles was very useful. Even the shyest person was encouraged to strike back, make noise and disable an attacker. On a different note, the seminar was in line with the Y's dedication to physical fitness. Hopefully there will be more seminars like this one to consolidate and extend the lessons of the last one.
